Return/Exchange Policy

Refund Policy

  1. My number one concern is for you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you are unhappy with your purchase, or it wasn’t quite what you were expecting, please contact me right away. Once your item is delivered, you must Contact Me within 5 days for a refund. When you message me, please be sure to include your name and order number. Refunds will not be issued until I have received the product by mail.

  2. Buyer is responsible & pays for return shipping & tracking. (Tracking allows for both of us to know it reached me safely).

  3. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in identical condition, i.e. still in original packaging, no pet hair or odors.

  4. (Custom orders are not eligible for refunds, please keep this in mind when ordering)

DEFECTIVE / BROKEN ITEMS  

  1. Defective items that are broken are always eligible for a refund. Please contact me immediately if such an unfortunate event.

DAMAGED MAIL

  1. If an item arrives damaged due to postal transit, please contact me so I can file a claim with the post office. Photographs of the item and packaging are required for the claim, packaging materials also must be saved for USPS.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

  1. Items that are returned to me as undeliverable will be reshipped at the buyer’s expense.

REPAIRS

  1. If for some unfortunate reason a piece of your Heavenly Butterfly jewelry breaks, I will happily repair if for you free of charge! Buyer pays shipping cost
